Salesforce Holiday Season Party
The Challenge
Shout About London tasked us to create a Winter Wonderland Fairground experience for their Salesforce client’s staff. The venue at Battersea Evolution was the perfect building for this as its size and roof height would definitely let us play and compliment their own Aprés Ski themed dressed foyer area. We needed to find a way to bring the outside, inside and create an evening’s experience that was fun, varied and safe whilst giving them the opportunity to create memories along the way.
The Outside, Inside!
The venue’s star clothed ceilings and walls made the perfect backdrop for everything we built in the space. Using snow animations on all the screens brought the Winter wonderland to life. Bringing in photo GIF mirrors, booths and GIF machines gave their guests the ability to share their evening on social media. After careful research we brought in: Dodgems, an ice-rink, reindeer rodeo, some of the most loved fairground stalls with prizes, ski simulators and cozy fire warmer furniture to create chill out areas.
Results
The night was a huge, loud and fun filled success with many commenting on how ‘magical’ the evening was. Everyone loved the rides and dressing and with a band singing the holiday season’s favorites and a DJ to see the night out, it was a fun night of activities and dancing for everyone.
